How to Export Judge.me Reviews to CSV
In your Judge.me admin, go to Reviews → Export (top-right dropdown) and pick published, hidden, or archived reviews — the export is on the Free plan, capped at 100,000 reviews per file. Export Judge.me reviews to CSV, step by step
Open the Judge.me admin and go to Reviews
From Shopify open Judge.me Product Reviews (Settings → Apps and sales channels → Open app), then click Reviews in the left sidebar.
Use the Export dropdown (top-right) for everything
Open the Export dropdown on the top-right corner and choose Export published reviews, Export hidden reviews, or Export archived reviews. The export is available on the Free plan.
Or export just one product, a selection, or a date range
For one product: Settings → Product management, open the product, click the 3-dot icon and export. For selected reviews: tick them in the Reviews list and click Export reviews at the bottom. For a period: apply the date-range filter first, then export.

Under 25 reviews, the CSV downloads immediately. At 25 or more, Judge.me prepares it in the background and emails a download link that expires in about 3 hours — grab it promptly. On the Shopify mobile app, exports are sent by email regardless of size.
Know the file’s columns before you analyze it
The CSV includes review title, body, rating, date, source, status (ok / spam / not-yet), reviewer name and email, product ID and handle, your public reply, images, and custom form answers. It does not include videos (download those separately from the dashboard), phone numbers (never collected), SKUs, or order details — match those via Product ID/Handle and order ID instead.
Over 100,000 reviews? Export in batches
CSV exports are limited to 100,000 reviews per file; a larger store gets only the first 100,000. Judge.me's own workaround: filter by product or date range into smaller batches, or use the Judge.me API to pull everything programmatically.

Is the Judge.me CSV export free?
Yes — exporting reviews is available on Judge.me’s Free plan, with a cap of 100,000 reviews per CSV file. Stores above the cap split exports with filters (product, date range) or use the Judge.me API.
Where is the export button in Judge.me?
