Refund Policy

KnowVault ("we", "us") sells subscription plans and one-time purchases of its review-analysis service at knowvault.net. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for each purchase type.

1. One-time purchases (pay once, no subscription)

One-time purchases — including the $19 Pro Audit (30 days of Pro) and single report purchases — open instant digital access. Your access begins as soon as your payment completes.

When you buy, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, because access starts immediately, you give up any statutory right to withdraw (for example, the 14-day right under EU/EEA/UK consumer law, which Paddle as our Merchant of Record applies only where you have not consented to immediate supply).

Every purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — and if your first report has no actionable findings, you don't pay. If your first report has no actionable findings, contact us and we will work with Paddle to issue a full refund or re-run your analysis. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of a charge.

2. Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you are dissatisfied with a subscription charge, contact us within 30 days of the charge at edison.luo1313@gmail.com and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund where appropriate.

3. Merchant of Record

Payments, invoices, and refunds are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued via Paddle to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

4. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including rights that cannot be waived by contract. Where applicable law grants withdrawal rights and you have not consented to immediate supply at checkout, Paddle honors those rights as Merchant of Record.
