These terms govern your use of KnowVault (knowvault.net), an AI-powered review analysis service.
KnowVault analyzes product review data you upload or connect, using automated models, and provides reports and insights. Features may evolve during the beta period.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may only upload data you have the right to use. You may not use the service to violate any law or third-party right, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Payments, invoices, and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Beta access is free of charge.
If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge at edison.luo1313@gmail.com and we will work with Paddle to issue a refund where appropriate.
The service is provided "as is" during beta. Insights are decision-support, not guarantees of business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
