KnowVault ("we", "us") operates knowvault.net. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Account data: name, email address when you register or contact us.
Content you upload: product review data (e.g. CSV exports) you submit for analysis.
Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance.
We use your data solely to provide and improve the KnowVault service: running AI analysis, generating reports, sending digests you subscribed to, and supporting your account. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Review content you upload is processed by automated models to produce insights. We do not use your uploaded content to train public models.
Payments are handled by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). We never receive or store your full card details. Paddle processes your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.
We keep your data while your account is active. You may request export or deletion at any time by emailing edison.luo1313@gmail.com — we will respond within 30 days.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to personnel who need it to operate the service.
